As a five-time gestational surrogate herself, Ashley brings both personal and professional expertise to her work, offering unparalleled insight and compassion to intended parents, surrogates, and donors alike.

Her journey into the world of fertility began as a patient at the Fertility Center of Orlando, where she was profoundly inspired by the exceptional care and guidance provided by her fertility coordinator. Motivated by this experience, Ashley transitioned from a successful career as a paralegal to pursue her true calling in nursing. After earning her degree and gaining some experience, she transitioned to reproductive endocrinology as an IVF Nurse Coordinator with extensive experience in both domestic and international surrogacy arrangements. Her role encompassed coordinating egg donor matching, managing cycles, and supporting patients through every step of their fertility journey.

With a deep passion for making surrogacy more accessible and meaningful, Ashley founded Journey RN. Her business was created on the principle that surrogacy should be more than just a transaction—it should be a guided, compassionate experience led by professionals who truly understand the medical and emotional complexities involved.
